Profile / Bio:
Ms. Keiko Koiso is a Senior Procurement Specialist of the Procurement, Portfolio and Financial Management Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since 2012. She provides procurement and consulting service support to departments and offices of ADB. She also served as a team lead for managing an end-to-end procurement review IT system. From 2018, she is outposted to Indonesia Resident Mission and provides assistance and technical guidance on ADB’s procurement policies and procedures for the projects in Indonesia.
