Profile / Bio: 

Haidy Ear-Dupuy, Head NGO and Civil Society Center (NGOC) at the Asian Development Bank, leads the Bank’s engagement with civil society organizations. The NGOC, through its institution-wide network of staff in the operations, provides institutional coordination and technical support to mainstream citizens engagement, CSOs engagement, and CSOs collaboration for development effectiveness. Before joining  ADB, Haidy worked with World Vision Cambodia as Director of Policy Advocacy and Communications where she worked on child protection, addressing child labor, anti human trafficking, food security, and governance. Haidy is a Graduate of the College of William and Mary with degrees in Government and Spanish. She also completed graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Agricultural and Applied Economics and Conservation Biology and Sustainable Development.
