Profile / Bio: 
Gaelle Demolis is Programme Specialist for the Governance, Peace and Security Unit at the UN Women Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific. Gaelle Demolis has worked for UN Women and OHCHR for over 14 years on issues related to Gender Responsive Budgeting, Women's Political Participation, Women’s Access to Justice, Women’s Economic Empowerment, Women’s Human Rights and Women's Peace and Security, including Preventing Violent Extremism, Promoting Women in Law Enforcement, and Gender Responsive Cybersecurity. She presently manages a programme on Enhancing women’s role in law enforcement and border security to prevent trafficking in persons, transnational organized crime and terrorism in in South East Asia.
