Chompan Kulnides is the Head of Sustainability at Minor International PCL and Vice-President of Investments and Sustainability at Minor Holdings (Thai) Ltd. She is responsible for developing and driving Minor International’s sustainability strategy, long-term goals, and practices in alignment with business strategy, stakeholders’ needs, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She is responsible for the private investments of the founder of Minor International PCL and the Heinecke Foundation.

Chompan worked as a management consultant for Accenture and A.T. Kearney prior to joining Minor in 2005. At Minor, she worked in investments and finance functions for the Hotel and Lifestyle groups before taking the sustainability and private wealth management roles.

Chompan graduated with a BBA from Thammasat University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
