Bangladesh is one of the most disaster-prone countries in the world. Its poor farmers are most vulnerable to calamities yet they are often excluded in risk-sharing mechanisms. Traditional credit mechanisms hardly reach them. This presentation shares how an ADB project increased the resilience of the country's farmers and reduced their income shocks.
