Design Build and Operate (DBO) contracts can help ensure the good quality and performance of infrastructures built. To effectively expand the application of DBO contracts in various construction projects, realistic targets should be set with relevant actions in contractor hands. Flexibility and openness to innovation can also facilitate DBO application.
